Sending you good feelings so you can de-stress and feel calmer. For this, I used reverse plucking to put these positive feelings and positive affirmations that are always good to hear, especially when you feel overwhelmed, unmotivated, stressed, anxious, and so on. I also use a lot of hand movements, especially close to the camera, mouth sounds to calm you down, visual triggers, and whispers.
I hope to help you replace negative energies, stress, bad thoughts, anxiety, and whatever else is bothering you because the intention here is to let yourself go and relax (or sleep), whichever you prefer. Plucking and hand movements are my favorite visual triggers, and whenever I want to feel better and sleepy, they are my first choices.
