Deep Relaxing ASMR | Fabric Scratching, Rolling Balls & Smooth Zippers
In this video, I invite you into a world of soft, cozy, and captivating sounds created from everyday items that suddenly reveal a whole new side.
I begin with a hoodie, gently scratching the fabric with my nails to create deep, velvety rustling sounds. Special attention is given to the sleeves and the hood strings. Delicate scratching and light touches turn into a rhythmic sound meditation, perfect for relaxation and stress relief.
Next, I introduce a large transparent rubber ball filled with many small plastic balls inside. With every movement, they roll and whisper, producing unusual, mesmerizing sounds. This trigger feels soothing and helps calm the mind and let go of intrusive thoughts.
In the final part, I use a zip-up sweater. Slow movements and the smooth opening and closing of the zipper create clean, crisp ASMR sounds that gently complete this sound journey.
