Soulful Play & Safe Touch | ASMR Co-Regulation & Healing in the Redwoods with My Beloved

Over a year ago, Seth and I filmed this ASMR coregulation video in the redwoods of Northern California—shortly after a very difficult time. Our beloved corgi Zelda had suffered a sudden spine injury and became paralyzed. We spent many sleepless days and nights caring for her, and miraculously, she made a full recovery.

This video became a gentle way for us to come back into our bodies and hearts—offering each other comfort, healing touch, and play while being held by the loving spirit of the forest.
