Apologies for the delay in the video - had another health flare up!!! But I am back and better!
Today's video is a ASMR plucking, snipping and pulling negative energy and 'pushing in' positivity with positive affirmations. I think positive affirmations are so important so I just wanted to include them in a video! I tried to include close tingly whispers and lots and lots of hand movements.
