Real Person Reiki Healing Session (Reiki ASMR). This is my first time doing a recorded session with a person. I was a bit nervous at first on how to start. In this real recorded session, I will be sending my friend Reiki. You will see what I actually do during a live Reiki session on someone. This is a quiet session to keep the client relaxed. We talk through the beginning on what she is looking to get out of this session. That helps me set the intention for what the Reiki needs to be used for.
