I decided to do another sleep aid/comfort audio! I hope if any of you guys have been having a rough time this week that this can help a little! I wanted to try something new with lotion noises (my hands are super soft now!) but doing so made me want to maybe try getting one! have you guys ever gotten a massage?? What is it like?!
