This is a backhanded way of showing how intention is the core of every move in life. And that by setting an intention on paper, the resulting journaling moments and my entire days will revolve consciously and unconsciously around my intentions.
Intentions are so fun to play with, a beautiful practice in uncovering your desires.
Focus is the latin word for hearth, the core of the home, the fire, which also is the root word for heart.
Keep turning the focus inward, and witness how beautiful it is, without judgement ♥️💌
