Tonight we are setting the intention to fall into a deep and peaceful sleep
We trust that our highest self will draw in the energy it requires in order to achieve a restful night. Letting go of any worries or to do lists and finding stillness in the present moment.
Some things that may help:
โข Create a sleep conducive environment that is dark, quiet, comfortable and cool.
โข Finish eating at least 2 to 3 hours before bed.
โข Drink a glass of water before you get in bed.
โข Avoid caffeine close to bedtime
โข Avoid nicotine and alcohol close to bedtime
โข Exercise regularly but complete workout at least a few hours before bedtime
โข Establish a relaxing bedtime routine. Read. Have a bath. Listen to ASMR.
All these things will support you in achieving a deep and peaceful nights sleep.
