In this video, I'm going to be doing 30 triggers in 30 minutes! This is a random trigger assortment to help you relax and eventually fall asleep. If you stay awake though and finish this video, comment below your favorite trigger and what you want to see more of in the future!

This video is intended to help with anxiety, stress, overthinking, insomnia, relaxation, and sleep. Triggers include tapping, brushing, plucking, liquid sounds, glass sounds, scratching, writing, crinkly sounds, brushing, book sounds, lid sounds, bare mic triggers, typing, etc etc!
