Soo I thought that, in honor of my apnea diving class at uni, I would try out something a little different:D I hope this can immerse you into an whole underwater world hehe, let me know what you think:)) I included some apnea-style breathing exercises to calm you down, layered underwater/beach ambience sounds, some hypnotic hand movements (inlcluding the jellyfish and wave crash trigger), some relaxing whispers and more hehe:)
