In tonight’s video, my beautiful friend Charlene is experiencing a deeply relaxing head spa treatment, combining gentle touch, hair brushing, aromatherapy, and traditional wet head spa techniques to calm the mind and soothe the body.
This treatment has been designed to support the nervous system, encouraging the body to shift into a more restful state through slow, intentional touch and sensory care.
Throughout the session, I use a warming aromatherapy blend of cedarwood, ylang-ylang, and black pepper to help ground the body and ease tension. This is followed by gentle scalp stimulation, a soft exfoliating cleanse, and a nourishing oil treatment using jojoba oil with lavender, rosemary, peppermint, and tea tree to support scalp health and hydration.
The experience continues with steam therapy to enhance absorption, before moving into the waterfall halo — a beautifully calming technique using warm cascading water to stimulate circulation and create a deeply soothing sensory response.
To complete the treatment, I incorporate a neck and shoulder massage, gentle stretching, and a hydrating hair mask to leave the hair feeling soft, balanced, and nourished.
