Body cooked, brain fogged, HP low 🥵
When it’s 40°C outside, your body is using most of its energy just keeping you alive. Bad sleep, constant sweat, cortisol up, recovery down.
This is not the week to be a saiyan, this is the week to play smart!
So this is what I did and what you should do: I went light, less weight, less sets, shorter sessions. I drank water, like a lot, I stayed inside between 12 and 4. Cold shower, fan on and my sleep treated like the main event 👌
Train light, recover hard, be ready when it cools down.
The smartest move this week was being boring on purpose 😉
