Hi, I’m Jayni, a Clinical Hypnotherapist who uses unintentional ASMR and both trained and intuitive methods to induce hypnosis for the purpose of relieving stress, creating positive change, and guiding you through deep inner healing. Through unintentional ASMR and progressive muscle relaxation, I will quiet your mind and help you to relax deeply in mind and body.
