What is ASMR? It's described as a brain massage.
🌊Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a euphoric experience characterized by a pleasant tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the head and scalp, precipitating relaxation. This can be triggered by sounds like whispering, painting, brushing, humming and more.
There are some people who just don't experience asmr, and instead experience comfort and relaxation. My channel is a place for that.
