[ASMR] Girlfriend comforting you (Anxiety/panic attack)

Your girlfriend receives your messages and is alerted you are panicked. She quickly rushes to you and helps to calm you when everything is crashing down on you.
I was not going to post this week as I am on holiday, however a couple days before I left I had a anxiety attack at work and have been struggling these past few days. I know this video is short, but I post it in hope it can help at least one person struggling. Anxiety is truly the worst and I wanted something like this on my channel asap. I am sorry if the quality is not great. Normal videos will be posted from next Thursday. To anyone struggling with Anxiety stay strong, you are not alone in this.
