Yeah, the title is misleading! Why? Cuz all dirty stinking American gaiin are untrustworthy con-men who are only interested in sex, money, and yelling AMERICA NUMBER ONE at any hapless non-Americans. Especially the clueless Canadians.

First some little stuff:
馬鹿みたい! Baka mitai! = set phrase that is basically used to insult someone. Like "FOOL!"
Literally it means you are looking like a fool.
みたい/mitai=look like
馬鹿/baka=fool (if you have watched all 48 previous lessons and still don't know that, you need to try Spanish or ...legos.)

Now on to the more important points of this lesson...
---------------------------------------------
How do you say "the same" in English?

The standard answer is 同じ/onaji.
As an adjective 同じ/onaji = same
Like: 同じ犬=onaji inu=same dog

When used with a verb, you need to add "ni" to it like this;
同じに見える=onaji ni mieru=to look the same
------------------
Examples:
-----------------
We have the same name.
私達は同じ名前です。/Watashitachi ha onaji namae desu.
Watashitachi=we
ha=article
onaji=same
namae=name

I have the same idea.
私も同じ考えです。/ Watashi mo onaji kangae desu.
Watashi=I
mo=too
onaji=same
kangae=thought/idea

I have the same opinion.
あなたと同じ意見です。/Anata to onaji iken desu.
anata=you
to=with
onaji=same
iken=opinion
----------------------------
人間も同じに見える!
Ningen mo onaji ni mieru!
baka=stupid
mitai=look like
ningen=humans
mo=also
onajini=the same
mieru=look
----------------------------
ALSO!!!
----------------------------
一緒/issho=together
but
一緒に/isshoni=a) together, b) the same

Example:
外人は皆一緒に見える!
Gaijin ha minna issho ni mieru!
外人/gaijin=foreigners
は/ha=article (remember when used as an article it is pronounced as WA)
皆minna=all, everyone
isshoni=the same
mieru=look
