ASMR Baking Chickpea-Flour Banana Bread ๐

Hi! Random little banana bread baking video. Recipe is below, not sure where I found it, it's been in my recipe book for 7 years. Mystery recipe.
chickpea- flour banana bread:
3 medium, very ripe bananas (mashed)
3 tbsp honey
2 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs
2 tbsp coconut oil
1tsp vinegar
1 1/2 cups chickpea flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
*bake at 170 for 40-50 mins
