Hello my calm cantaloupes, in today's ASMR guided meditation, I'll be helping you to calm your mind and relax yourself to help you with insomnia, and to aid you in getting to sleep.
This will be primarily soft spoken, with a little bit of whispering ear to ear mixed in, and during the whole session I'll be doing slow and gentle hand movements, including some plucking and pulling.
