ASMR: A sigla em inglês para Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response nada mais é do que uma resposta meridional sensorial autônoma, ou seja, uma sensação agradável gerada no corpo por um estímulo externo, que nos vídeos de ASMR costuma ser sonoro ou visual. Pense em sequências que podem chegar a 60 minutos de pessoas estourando um pedaço de plástico bolha, fazendo uma refeição, falando baixinho ou cortando barras de sabonetes coloridos.
