Hippie perm needs to come out strong from the root
If you put on the reducing agent and wind it up right away, the roots won't come out well
You must soften your roots so that your roots can be well expressed.

Our customer's hair is so stiff and thick that it doesn't come out well
It's also curly, so if you first speak, rinse it, apply a reducing agent, and wind it up, you can make it come out well

All pumps can be applied freely using PH.
