This video brings you quick ideas to get flexibility, strength and positivity back into our legs and life. I show you a brief anatomy of the legs followed by a series of techniques including effleurage, knuckling, petrissage and percussion to instantly warm, resonate and ease tired legs.

Revisit these steps regularly to take back ownership of your body. It's a strong person that decides to be responsible for their own body and it's health, rather than submitting to a sense that nothing they do is right and only a health professional has the answers. I believe we need to live in a world of challenges and can seek advice when needed, but that on the whole we can keep ourselves healthy as much as possible.

Near the end we take three deep breaths together and absorb the most beautiful affirmation ready to let go of past hurts and live now.
