I thought I'd try something a bit different today. Here I am reading New Zealand (Maori) place names. Te Reo Maori is a beautiful, lyrical language which has a very specific pronunciation similar to Scottish, in particular how Maori roll their 'R'. So it's right up my alley. Having lived in New Zealand for many years, the Maori culture and language is one of the things I miss most.
