Welcome to the new Sleep Clinic!! At this clinic, we test different groups of triggers for relaxation and sleep, conducting a mass survey on what triggers work better for tingles and ultimately sleep.
This video is intended to help with insomnia, sleep, relaxation, anxiety, overthinking, stress, tingles, and comfort. Triggers include tapping, whispering, typing, roleplay, tape, assortments, spraying, liquid sounds, writing, brushing, and scratching.
