Good evening! Tonight we have another eyes closed follow my instructions with several different exercises to keep your mind occupied and help you drift off to sleep while you're in bed listening to ASMR.
We'll have some guided breathing to help relax the body and mind, then some close up and far away triggers including finger snapping and cork sounds (tapping and scratching). Name recall exercises and also some word spelling with wood scratching sounds.
This video includes a mix of soft spoken with ear to ear close up whispering for tingles!
Hope you enjoy 💖

What is ASMR??
ASMR stands for Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR).
It is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.
PLEASE NOTE: Even though ASMR can help you relax, it is in NO WAY a substitute for medical/psychological counsel, please reach out to your doctor if you're in need of medical support.
