So, if you aren't aware, Mercury retrograde can oftentimes stir up some unpleasant, heavy energies , be it internally or externally. (Hang in there a wee bit longer. This go-around will end on the 11th.)
It's quite common for one to stuff down and repress certain feelings and emotions, whether it's deliberate or not. We can go long periods of time where we're left with unprocessed emotions/ energy, in which overtime may develop into blockages within our energetic system.
Some effects of said repressed energy can result in increased stress, anxiety, depression, and even physical ailments.
When Mercury goes infamously into retrograde, this period can trigger emotional sensitivity, heightening those emotions we already buried deep within us. And because this particular retrograde is mostly associated with communication, or should I say lack of, we may find ourselves having even more difficulty expressing and communicating how we feel.
~Mercury retrograde reminds us to slow down and take the time to reflect.~
That being said, allow this session to help address any stored, unprocessed emotions and feelings, allow yourself to sit with even the uncomfortable ones, and be open to letting the energy flow as it needs and deserves.
