Recipe:
Mix dry ingredients in bowl:
1 cup corn meal
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons egg replacer
Add 1 cup nondairy milk (almond, rice, oat, etc), and 1/3 cup oil.
Mix everything till just blended, pour into buttered 8” pan. Bake in 400 degree oven about 25 minutes.
