Башкирские глины Рыжик от РБ и Подсолнух от Ирины В.
Сравнивала эти глины еще в телеграме https://t.me/mycrunchylove
и решила снять отдельное видео с ними.
🍁Рыжик - монолитная, иногда встречаются слоистые пласты, хруст у обеих глин особенный, они при откусывании лопаются во рту, этим чем-то напоминая глину Август, потом при разжевывании крупинки тают во рту как обычные башкирские глины. Глина чистая, залипает, не сильно маркая. Вкус не яркий, для меня как-будто меловой, бумаги и пыли, сливочность чувствуется в самом конце.
🌻Подсолнух - глина немного более светлая, реже встречаются такие яркие оранжевые разводы как в Рыжике, по структуре, хрусту и плотности они одинаковые, только Подсолнух чаще всего более слоистый, а не монолитный, как Рыжик, но тут тоже от пласта зависит. Вкус у них явно отличается, особенно если пробовать сразу обе. Подсолнух как по мне более сливочная, имеет более яркий вкус чего-то сладко-печного, пыльного. При запивании водой у обеих глин раскрывается вкус сырых семечек, очень интересно, так как без воды этого вкуса я не чувствую.
Мне, наверное, больше понравилась глина Подсолнух🤌
Как итог, глины очень схожи, но отличия все же есть, особенно во вкусе.

and decided to make a separate video with them.
🍁Ryzhik is monolithic, sometimes there are layered layers, both clays have a special crunch, they burst in the mouth when bitten, somewhat reminiscent of August clay, then when chewed, the grains melt in the mouth like ordinary Bashkir clays. The clay is clean, sticks, and doesn't get dirty easily. The taste is not bright, for me it's like chalk, paper, and dust, the creaminess is felt at the very end.
🌻 Sunflower - the clay is a little lighter, less often there are such bright orange streaks as in Ryzhik, in terms of structure, crunch, and density they are the same, only Sunflower is often more layered, and not monolithic, like Ryzhik, but here it also depends on the layer. Their taste is clearly different, especially if you try both at once. Sunflower, as for me, is creamier, has a brighter taste of something sweet-baked, dusty. When washed down with water, both clays reveal the taste of raw seeds, very interesting, since without water I do not feel this taste.
I probably liked the Sunflower clay more 🤌
As a result, the clays are very similar, but there are still differences, especially in taste.
