This is actually a serious problem. If you pronounce something in "English" -- even if it is originally an English word -- it is quite likely a native Japanese person will have no idea what you are saying. And if you pronounce a Japanese word in English... the problem is just exacerbated.

Everyone, pronounce properly!
suru = do
shina = the command form "DO IT!"
yo = just an emphasizer
