Wrestlers accumulate an incredible amount of muscle tension, dense tissue, and joint stiffness over years of training. Watch as we break down stubborn knots, release the fascia, and restore mobility through a combination of heavy deep tissue work and assisted sports stretching.
Part 1: Posterior Chain & Core Mobility
We kick off the session by focusing entirely on the back of the body, targeting the areas that take the most abuse on the wrestling mat. You'll see a deep tissue massage focusing heavily on the lower back, glutes, hamstrings, and calves to break down density. We follow up the massage work with intense, passive shoulder mobility drills, alongside deep stretches for the quads and the psoas to completely open up the hips.
