In this video, I'm going to be making EVERYTHING on my desk a trigger... this includes fake plants, books, pencil holder, pens, markers, candles, a globe, etc etc. There are about 16 triggers used in this video.

Welcome to spiritual ASMR!!! Where I tie the healing benefits of spirituality to the healing benefits of ASMR. Multiple reasons why I'm here: I love asmr, I have a lot of triggers to work with because I have so many decorations around my room, I believe (and theres proven research) that asmr helps with depression, reduces anxiety and stress, as well as helps insomnia. I want to help others become more present and grounded with the sound healing of asmr as well as tie a lot of personal attention videos with coaching sessions, spiritual energy cleansings, and hopefully teach and inspire along the way.
