I've been having anxiety for a good chunk of my life and watching ASMR videos helped me when I couldn't stop overthinking. I usually watch it for sleep, but since ASMR makes our heart rate slow down and focus on tingles rather than thoughts, it is naturally going to help us in these situations. I truly hope this video can help you in any way.
