Hello friends! Sometimes, in our lives, it rains. The storm won’t last forever, but I hope these affirmations can help get you through any sort of rough patch you might be going through! ❤️‍🩹

This video features a loop of 34 affirmations geared towards resilience, confidence, and self-love during tough times. The loop is paired with some personal attention, layered sounds of fabric brushing, deep mic brushing, and gentle rain (with a few short sections of tinkling, tapping sounds). The first half is soft-spoken and the second half is whispered.

Recently I was asked whether I’d bring back affirmations videos! The last affirmations video I did was over a year ago, so a sincere thank you to those of you who waited so patiently for my next one! I hope it makes you feel safe and comforted. 💖
