Tonight’s video was a requested video, a “get unready with me” type bit.. I did it a bit different though. Instead of doing it at my house, I did it at moms, since her house is my “safe space” when I’m feeling depressed. I’ve been really going through it lately so I thought I’d do this and talk a bit about what I do to “settle down” during a depressive episode. I don’t talk much in this video, maybe three times for a minute straight.. but other than that I made sure to focus on the sounds. I hope this maybe sheds some light on how I get unready on certain nights.. and maybe these things can help you too! (Lavender bath bombs, face wash, sleep, etc).. so please! Sit back, relax, and let me show you parts of my life I don’t show anyone (as no one else sees haha). Know I LOVE you with ALL of my person.. and I’ll see you tomorrow family.
