A slow, gentle whispering video where I say cozy phrases and affirmations in Swedish. Very minimal and repetitive. Lots of soft, fluffy mic scratching throughout to relax and fall asleep (mjukt krafsande för att slappna av och somna).
For English speakers: I did not include any subtitles so you can just focus on the sounds and not worry about what I'm saying 😅
