Hello everybody,

A real indoor yoga class filmed in HD where we move together you and me through hip openers, deep stretches, mobility work, and relaxing flow sequences designed to help you feel more flexible, grounded, and connected to your body.

This is workout that you can do from home, and lets aim to do 2 per week for a starters. It doesnt matter if you never done yoga before, this video is absolutely beginner friendly.

This session includes a mix of:
• Hip mobility & flexibility work
• Groin, adductor & inner thigh stretches
• Gentle strength + balance poses
• Relaxing breath-led flow
• Real class energy (no studio filters — just movement)
