Today we visited a very interesting clinic in Bangkok. After a consultation and blood pressure check (109/72), the doctor noted my insomnia and prescribed a powerful blend of Thai and Chinese medicine.

We started with a 15-minute steaming hot sauna using personalized, 100% natural Chinese herbs. These roots and leaves are tailored to balance your unique body system by a Licensed TCM Doctor. Because everyone's Yin-Yang balance is different, the formula is constantly adjusted to you.
🔨 The Treatment:
After the sauna, the therapist performed a full-body Tok Sen hammer massage, the rhythmic thudding vibrating deep into my muscles. Then came an oil back massage, followed by targeted acupuncture on my head, neck, and shoulders under an infrared light. We finished with hot herbal compresses, Guasha, and intense fire cupping. The sharp crackling heat of the cups and the heavy pressure completely reset my nervous system. I was K.O. in minutes!
