Realistic Reiki to Reset Your Nervous System (Brushing, Misting, Energy Healing)🌙 ASMR Roleplay
For the overloaded and overwhelmed nervous system, we have a reiki healing focused on calming all of that down and giving you a well-deserved reset & rest. We'll start by getting rid of all energies that have stuck to you so we can work on just your energy, and then start with the healing. For the nervous system, there is a big focus on deep breathing and body awareness to ground you into your body and keep you in the parasympathetic mode, rather than the 'fight or flight' sympathetic mode.
My sources for this video are two IRL reiki sessions in the "Research Sources" below the timestamps. I tweaked a couple of details (like using brushes for the energy sweeping) to make the sound more pronounced and conducive to ASMR but kept the formats.
