I visited Yin Yang The Original Massage and Spa in Bangkok for a Chinese Hydrogen Foot Reflexology massage. I was exhausted walking in, and my blood pressure was testing unusually low (dropping to 92 over 59), but we decided to proceed with the treatment anyway.
The session started with a warm hydrogen foot bath while the therapist worked through heavy tension in my neck, shoulders, and back with a very strong, grounded massage. Then, they carefully placed thin hydrogen cables into my nose and ears. Breathing the hydrogen while feeling the intense pressure points of the foot reflexology was a completely new sensory feeling. Right before the end, they covered my face with a warm mask releasing pure steam. I was completely relaxed. 💆♂️
