ASMR | Light Therapy & Spa Treatment | Help For Seasonal Depression
Thank you to Carex for sending me this light therapy lamp! I've wanted to try one of these out for a while. Light therapy is used as a treatment for seasonal affective disorder. This video is in two parts! In the first part I talk about light therapy for SAD, show you the light therapy lamp, etc..
