I used to buy Cosmopolitan Magazines as a teenager, complete all the Cosmo quizzes, and rip out pages to stick on my bedroom wall haha I haven't bought one in many years, so it was a bit of a trip down memory lane. ASMR has helped me through many difficult times, including stress, inability to fall asleep, and anxiety/panic/depression. I know I cannot cure these for you, but my hope is that I can at the very least help you relax and make your day a little better.
