In today’s soft-spoken video, I wanted to share a gentle reminder about taking care of ourselves in the new year by staying on top of important health checkups and preventive care.
This idea was inspired by a wonderful and informative video by Lorri Latte, which really encouraged me to pause and reflect on how easy it is to delay routine appointments — and how meaningful it can be to gently get back on track. @lorrilatteasmr439
We’ll talk about simple reminders like annual doctor visits, blood work, eye exams, hearing tests, dental cleanings, women’s health screenings, colonoscopies, and everyday wellness habits that support long-term health.
I also share a personal story about growing up with dental anxiety, and how finding the right dentist helped change my relationship with oral care.
This is meant to be a calm, comforting conversation — not pressure — just gentle encouragement and self-care.
