In this video, I take you on a Sacred Water Reiki Journey. Not good for titles, but in a nutshell, the session is designed to reorient and to positively polarize the water molecules in your body using reiki energy and sound healing. I also add in some real Ocean Sounds that I captured this past summer on the beach in Maui. As you listen to the gentle waves, visualize their back and forth movements reorienting the polarity of the water molecules in your body. It really works. Basically, water exists in a crystalline structure in the universe, and that means that - like reiki crystals etc. - different tones and frequencies can affect the structure and movement of water in our bodies. This is why full moons impact how we feel. At least it may be. Either way, I hope you enjoy this session.
