This $3 Thai Street Massage Fixed My Neck… I Wasn’t Ready (ASMR)
Finally tried a traditional Thai massage on the streets of Chiang Mai, and I was really not prepared for how intense it would be.
This wasn’t just relaxing, the therapist worked deep into my neck, shoulders, and upper back, using strong pressure, stretching, and techniques that really targeted tight muscles and tension. In particular that back upper back and neck pain I suffer from. At times it felt like too much… but by the end, the relief was real.
If you’ve ever dealt with neck stiffness, shoulder pain, or tight back muscles, then you'll know how much relief a massage can do.
