Tonight’s video is an audio for those who are having an anxiety or panic attack. I made one of these before, and the feedback that came from it really made me feel like I helped. So I took exactly what has calmed me down during a panic attack and expressed it in this video hoping to do the same for someone else. I don’t want this by any means to sound like a clinical video, that I’m speaking to a group. This is to you and you only. I hope it helps.
