My top tips in case u fell asleep during this:
- Getting movement during the day!
- Make your bed a sleep-only zone
- Create a dark space
- Trying earplugs
- Trying a sleeping mask
- No screen before bed (preferably at least 1hr)
- Writing down what you're grateful for
- Nothing serious after 9pm (no need to fully figure out that fake scenario you have in your head bestie)
- taking TIME to get COMFORTABLE, no fussing, no rushing
