I’ve had a few requests for a morning routine video – so here it is.
This is my ideal morning – it doesn’t happen every single day, but I do enjoy early mornings. I’ve read The 5 AM Club by Robin Sharma, and I resonate with its philosophy.
☀️ I wake up at 5:00 AM, I wash my face and apply some coconut oil – it's the only thing my skin seems to like these days
🦷 Brush my teeth and drink a glass of water,
🚶♀️ Go for a peaceful morning walk – this time it was such a beautiful sunny morning!
🧘♀️ After that I do some yoga or stretching – just going with the flow and following movements I’ve picked up from YouTube.
🧘 Then, a short meditation.
This video was filmed before the mosquitoes woke up – so I was still able to enjoy my yoga and meditation outside. Unfortunately, that’s not possible anymore... unless I want to lose my mind battling mosquitoes! 😅
☕ After that comes coffee and usually some journaling,
🍽️ Followed by breakfast – my favorite is oatmeal with lingonberries and nuts.
Then I add a little color to my eyebrows – and I’m ready to start the workday.
