Hi my hungry dinosaurs, it's food again! Today I'm having crystallized sugar on a stick! :D It is called rock sugar or rock candy and it comes in brown and white. The sugar will crystallize over several days until it reaches this beautiful crystal shape. Rock candy is used to sweeten a hot beverage such as tea and coffee. And you can actually sweeten several cups of liquid with one of those sticks. But we are eating more today lol. :D I hope you enjoy the crispy crystal sounds! Have you tried rock candy before? ♥
