Hello all of you lovely people 💜 here is a loooong video I've been wanting to do for some time for you all, slowing counting you into a deep sleep which will be perfect for those of you that take a while to wind down💤 and of course as it's October, I had to throw in some of the most tingly Halloween trigger words to break it up a bit 👻 there is lots of tracing numbers slowly with sleepy clicky whisper and lots of personal attention 🌙 thought this lighting was best for this sort of video too so there's no bright lights to disrupt your relaxation ✨I only count to 30 in this video but verrrry slowly so there doesn't seem like there's any rush for you to fall asleep🌃 I hope you all enjoy and are excited for Halloween, because I am ahhh !! 💜 Goodnight and sleep well 💜
