Meditation, and Reiki for Sleep, Headache Relief, and Relaxation (Binaural ASMR)
I've been experimenting a whole lot in real life with meditation sessions, and progressive relaxation sessions so I decided to whip together a video for you guys! My test subject in real life has been suffering from headaches for a while so I channeled all of my energy into pretending he was in front of me so I could help you guys! I really hope it works for you.
