If you would like to try this spa manicure, here is the list of products I used:
A few towels
Nail polish remover
Cotton Balls and Q-tips
Nail File
Nail clippers
Cuticle clipper
Nail Brush (for removing excess nail powder)
Cuticle oil (homemade - rosehip, sweet almond and 5 drops of lavender)
Cuticle Pusher
Exfoliator (homemade sea salt scrub - made with 1 part grapeseed oil, 2 parts sea salt)
Bowl of warm, soapy water
Lemon Essential Oil
Nail buffer and shiner block
Paintbrush (for removing excess nail polish)

*You can also just use the shiner block to get a natural shine, and you can also just use a nail strengthener if you choose to skip the nail color.
Any hand lotion you prefer!
***This video was created primarily for relaxation and ASMR purposes. ASMR is a relaxing tingling feeling some people have experienced all their lives in response to certain auditory or visual triggers. Find out more about ASMR: http://bit.ly/1aeE7Qy
ASMR can help provide relief from insomnia, depression, stress, and anxiety, and I really hope that I can help others to find more peace in their day. However, I'm not a professional, and because of that, I want to at least point you in the right direction if you’re looking for long term help for your anxiety and depression:
